Returns & Exchanges

If you don't love your goodrs, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns or exchanges on all U.S. orders. All returned sunglasses must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your shades for a different style or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then secure your sunglasses in their original box and place them in a shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
